Listen up, dear brothers! You’re sleeping on the power of bitter kola. This small but mighty remedy packs a serious punch when it comes to performance in the other room bi idhinillahhi.

*Preparation:-*

- Take 6-7 pieces of bitter kola.
- Peel, dice, and blend with coconut water.
- Take a shot cup once before bed.

Or try this alternative:
- Boil pineapple peel, the root of a palm tree 🌴, and some bitter kola.
- Take a shot cup last thing before bed.

*CAUTION:-* Don’t use either remedy for more than two weeks straight. Take a break, then resume if needed.

*Suggested Herbs Solution for Haemorrhoids:*

(1) 1. Egbo Egbesi.
2. Baara tutu.
3. Egbo Sapo..
4. Muru......die.
To be soak with ordinary clean water. 1-2 days

*Dosage:*
1Short cup night only, 1day on 1day off. For one month or more.

(2) 1.Abeere powder....
2.Okababa pupa, to powder...

*Preparation:*
To be ground and seived

*Dosage:*
Half table spoon 2 times daily with hot pap 2 times daily.
For 1-3months.

Today's remedy is a little bit unbelievable but test me when I tell you that it works.

For those with those annoying heartburn and stomach ulcer, do the following;

Get 3-5 Irish potatoes
A glass of water

*Preparations:*
Peel and grate the potatoes,
Pour your water into a pot,
Add the grated potatoes and put to boil.
Allow to boil for 3 to 5 minutes,
Bring down, sieve and allow to cool.

*Dosage:*
Take this mixture twice daily (In the morning and last thing before bed)
👉 Do this for two weeks and take a rest.

Storage/Preservation:
You can prepare it down and refrigerate so you warm a little before taking it.

❌Pregnant women should consult their doctors for ALL of their medical needs.

✅This remedy can be taken by all persons except the aforementioned group.

_This remedy will serve a couple of purposes:_

👉🏽Immune booster
👉🏽Helps against cold/catarrh and allergy
👉🏽Helps with your hormones especially those with ceased me**es

You'd need the following:-

*Ginger
*Turmeric
*Star Anise(you can very little cloves if you can't get this)
*Black pepper
*Lime juice or coconut water.

Blend all the three items together with 75cl (table water container measurement) of any of your preferred liquid.

Sieve and refridgerate of possible.
✅A shot last thing before bed.
Do not take for more than a week, take a rest.

❌It is not suitable for pregnant or nursing mothers.
If you have ulcer, you may want to sit this out.

A quick remedy on cockroaches that I learnt over the weekend..

You are going to mix sugar and baking soda in ratio 1:1( same quantity).

Put in a closed lid bowl and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle all over their hidden spaces/corners, they'd eat it and kpaied.

The good thing about this is that it is non toxic but quite effective.
You may need to repeat after a few weeks depending on how quickly cockroaches invades your space.

_Get:_
2 Red Onion
2 Bitter Kola
2 litres of Water

*Preparation:*
_Grind the bitter Kola and slice the onions. Put it in the pot and add 2 litres of water, boil for 30minutes then drink while it's warm._

_Drink 100ml morning and evening. Repeat when it finishes._

*Note:*
_Do not take if you're allergic to bitter kola or red onion._
