1.A woman should have Inner Strength & Vision

Clarity of purpose: Know why you are in politics whether to serve, to reform, to advocate for women/youth, or to represent your community.

Resilience: Politics comes with insults, intimidation, and setbacks. A woman must have a thick skin and the ability to bounce back.

Confidence: To speak boldly, defend your ideas, and take leadership without apology.

The voice of Nigerian women must be heard, not silenced, ignored, or sidelined. A nation cannot truly progress when half of its population is denied a seat at the table where decisions are made. Nigerian women deserve equal representation, respect, and recognition in every sphere of leadership.
