My meeting with the Management of the Taraba State University, ASUU, Students' Union and other Union Leadership was expository, and the interaction ended with a mandate to pay all inherited outstanding Salaries - with immediate effect. No matter how difficult the situation, we will continue to make sure we solve all pending commitments, one at a time - without pushing the blame on anyone.

I used the meeting as an avenue to re-assure them of my commitment to prompt payment of Salaries, Pension, and Gratuities and implementation of the minimum wage by October.
