AFTER S*X WHAT NEXT.

It's possible for any man to ask for s*x in a relationship, but is left for you as a lady to know that s*x, can't keep him..(S*x isn't enough)

There are two major factors ladies complain about s*x in a relationship:
(1) After giving him my body he left me..
(2)He left because I refused to have s*x with him..

NOTE: Both those who gave and those who refused to give are complaining...
( Whats the difference)

Ladies Listen, S*x isn't enough, its not the only thing you can offer a man.

S*x is very cheap these days, anybody can buy it.

Leave make-ups and be a productive lady.

Hepatitis B spreads through contact with blood, semen or other body fluids from an infected person. Your risk of hepatitis B infection increases if you:

Have unprotected s*x with multiple s*x partners or with someone who's infected with HBV
Share needles during intravenous (IV) drug use
Are a man who has s*x with other men
Live with someone who has a chronic HBV infection
Are an infant born to an infected mother
Have a job that exposes you to human blood
Travel to regions with high infection rates of HBV, such as Africa, Central and Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe

I want to talk about the *menstural circle*,.the little things I know.

*MENSTURAL CIRCLE*.:- is an even/circle which happen or occurred every 28 days at a female of child bearing age, in other to clean the uterus to wash out unfertilize o**m.
Menstural , is a flow of blood from the uterus via the va**na monthly by a female of child bearing age under the control of hyporthelamus and anterior l**e of pituitary gland.

*We have 3part or phases of menstural circle*
1, *PROLIPARATE PHASE(10 days)*.
The hyporthelamus secrets the luteinizing hormones which stimulate the anterior l**e of pituitary gland to produce Folicle stimulating hormones (FSH), the F S H stimulate the overian Folicle to mature and produce Oestrogen with make the endometrium to Proliparate (To became thicker and rich with mucus and blood supply),the Oestrogen also couses the reliased of an o**m (these period is known as OVULATION PERIOD.), Soon after the ovulation the Oestrogen levels falls.

2, *THE SECRETARY PHASE (14 Days)*.
The falling level of Oestrogen stimulate the luteinizing hormones (at the anterior pituitary gland) to couse lining cells of the overian Folicles to develop corpus luteum which produce progesterone. The progesterone make the endometrium to increase it's secretions which lubricate orgarns and make them s***m receptors.

3, *THE MENSTURAL PHASES (4 Days)*
If the o**m is not fertilized, the progesterone decline(reduce)the endometrium that has been prepared in the other phases, shade down and menstural flow Occurred.

That's the little I know about the Menstural circle.
