YA MATSAYAR Laylah Ali Othman kan AURE?
HADISI daga Sahabi Abu Sa'id Al-Khudriy (R.A.) yake cewa: Wani mutum ya zo da ɗiyar sa wajen Annabi (S.A.W.) sai ya ce: Haƙiƙa ƴata wannan taƙi aure, yace: sai (Manzo - S.A.W.) yace mata: "Ki yiwa Mahaifin ki Biyayya" sai ta ce: 'A'a, har sai ka bani labarin me ne haƙƙin miji a kan matarshi?' ta yita maimaita masa maganar ta, sai ya ce: "Haƙƙin Miji a kan matar shi, da za ace yana da wasu ƙuraje (fasassu) a tare da shi, sai ta lashe su, ko kuma ƙofofin hancin shi zasu riƙa kwaranyar da ruwan mugunya ko jini sannan ta lashe, bata bashi haƙƙin shi ba" sai ta ce: "Na rantse da Wanda ya aiko ka da Gaskiya, ba zan taɓa aure ba har abada, sai (S.A.W.) ya ce: "Kar ku aurar da su sai da izinin su" (Ibn Abi Shaibah)
Fa'ida: Wannan HADISI yayi nuni halarcin barin yin aure saboda uzuri, duk da abin da yafi shi ne yin auren saboda kwaɗaitarwa da Shari'ah tayi kan shi, da kuma hanin da tayi kan ƙaurace masa. Illa kawai wasu lokutan yana zama WAJIBI idan an ji tsoron afkawa Al-Fashah (ZINA).
AURE ba a bashi hukunci guda a Shari'ah domin hukuncin shi kan bambanta duba da yanayin da mutum yake ciki, saboda yana daga mafiya ƙarfi cikin abubuwan da aka shar'anta. AURE Sunnah ce ta Manzonni (A.S.) kamar yadda tarun AYOYI da HADISAI dake kwaɗaitarwa kan yin aure ke nuni. Babu kokonto bare shakku kan WAJIBCIN shi ga wanda yake da iko kuma yake da matsananciyar sha'awar da yana jiyewa kan shi tsoron faɗawa Al-Fashah, namiji ko mace, haka wanda yake a wajen da zai iya ruɗuwa ya afkawa Zina, sannan kafatanin ilahirin malamai sun haɗu kan babu Ibadah Mafi Ƙarfi irin shi ga wanda ya samu dama.
Shari'ah tayi hani ƙaƙƙarfa kan ƙauracewa yin shi. HADISI yayi hani dangane da TABATTULI wato ƙauracewa Aure domin doƙufa kan Ibadar Allah. Sa'ad bin Waqqas (R.A.) ya ce: Tabbas Manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ya mayarwa Usman bin Maz'un (bakancen) TABATTULI da yayi, da kuwa ya bashi izini, da mun fiɗiye kan mu'
Shi yasa Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal yake cewa: "Zaman Gwauranta ba ya daga cikin wani abu na Musulunci, duk kuwa wanda ya kira ka zuwa ga rashin yin aure, ya kiraye ka zuwa ga saɓanin Musulunci"
Hakan yasa, har ya ta kai ma Manzo (S.A.W.) ya barranta/nesanta wanda ya ƙauracewa aure da cewa baya tare da shi, HADISI daga Nana A'ishah (R.A.) tace: Manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ya ce: "AURE na daga Sunnah ta, duk wanda bai yi aiki da Sunnah ta ba, baya daga gare ni, kuyi aure, domin zan yiwa al'ummomi alfahari daku, duk wanda ya kasance mai hali, to yayi aure, wanda kuma bai damu hali ba, to yayi Azumi, domin Azumin zai zamar masa dandaƙa." (Ibn Majah).
Tsokaci: AURE ya kan zama WAJIBI ko SUNNAH, kuma HARAMUN ƙauracewa yin aure, koda kuwa an yi da zimmar doƙufa kan bautar Allah, bare kuma ya kasance saboda duniya, illa idan mutum yana jin tsoron sauke nauye-nauye da ke cikin shi da haƙƙoƙin shi, nan Shari'ah ta bashi dama. Idan kuma yana jin tsoron afkawa Al-Fashah, to yin auren shi ne yafi, musamman a wannan lokaci mai tsananin Fitina. Sannan ga Mace wadda ta yanke ba zata yi aure ba sai ta kiyaye iyakokin Shari'ah.
HUKUNCIN neman saki da Layla Ali Othman tayi?
In har da wata mishkila ta cutarwa ko fita daga rai ko jin ba zata iya biyayya ba, Shari'ah ta yiwa mace sassauci, amma in babu uzuri kawai saboda wannan ra'ayi ne HADISI ya zo kan haka:
"Duk macen da ta nemi mijin ta ya sake ta ba tare da wata mishkila ba, Ƙamshin Al-Jannah ya haramta gare ta" (Sunan Al-Tirmidhi)
Ƙamshin Al-Jannah ana jin shi daga wajen da ya kai tazarar shekara ɗari biyar wacce wannan ita ce tazara mafi nesa, amma saboda irin Girman Laifin da aka tafka, ya nuna mace ba zata ji Ƙamshin Al-Jannah ba ma bare kuma shigar ta.
Hajiya Uwa Aishatu Gidado Idris fatan wannan ya ƙara warware turka-turkar da ake ciki yanzu. Allah ya taimaka mana.
