NIGHT TONIC
When and how should I be screened for prostate cancer?
Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men, and it is essential to understand when and how to get screened. Early detection can help with effective treatment, but not everyone should undergo the same screening approach.
This decision should be based on individual risk factors and the latest research on screening tools.
Men over 50 and those with a family history of prostate cancer are at a higher risk. Black men also face a higher incidence of the disease compared to other ethnic groups.
Additionally, lifestyle factors like diet and weight may increase the risk of developing prostate cancer.
The two main screening methods for prostate cancer are the digital re**al exam (DRE) and the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test. The DRE is becoming less common because it can only detect cancers in one-third of the prostate, so it is no longer recommended for routine screening unless symptoms are present.
The PSA test, which measures a protein produced by the prostate, is more widely used. The Canadian Cancer Society advises that men with average risk start PSA testing at age 50, while those with higher riskโsuch as Black men and those with a family historyโshould consider screening at 45. However, the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care raises concerns about the PSA test, citing false positives and unnecessary treatments as potential harms.
Before undergoing screening, itโs essential to have an in-depth conversation with your doctor, considering both the benefits and risks of PSA testing. The benefits include early detection, which can lead to better treatment outcomes, while the risks include anxiety from false positives and the potential for overdiagnosis, where slow-growing cancers are detected that would never have caused harm.
Symptoms like difficulty urinating, frequent urination at night, and pain during urination or ej*******on may indicate prostate cancer.
If you notice any of these signs, consult with your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
Treatment of prostate cancer using kedi medicine, firstly, apply detox medicines which include colon tea, qinghao, gastrifort. Thereafter, recommend reishi, golden hypha, vigor essential, lycovite, ultramega.
If it's at the worse stage, then consider giving both the detox and second medicines at same time. Note, the treatment of prostate cancer takes time, which means there is need for repeating of those medicines. Thirdly, the patients should be placed on regular exercise or massaging machine. Fruits like avocado pears, fresh tomatoes should be recommended. You will come back and thank me because there must be a good result.
