The facility manager of Karaye PHC Naziru Haruna Isyaku has extended care asscess to "Vulnerable" group through conducting medical outrich services. The team attended the Rehabilitation center of Karaye local Government. The team provide the consultation service, laboratory services and issued a drugs to the patient.

However, the medical team which lead by Muhammad Auwal and Mubarak Sulaiman has drawn the attention of the center officer in charge to sustain the good hygienic practice which aid the diseases from spreading among the people and community. The Center officer appreciate the effort and concern shown by the facility manager and the medical team for their tirelessly effort when the need arise. He thank the team and pray a safer journey to their working station.

The facility Manager of Karaye PHC Naziru Haruna Isyaku at field conducting vaccination for measles rubella alongside with other vaccines preventable diseases at school together with his team members. He stated that the advocacy he made before the commencement of the work yeild positively through high turnout of clients. He also, explained the importance of the vaccination campaign to school teachers and all eligible child towards reducing the unnecessary suffering and death as result of vaccines preventable diseases.

On behalf of the facility Manager Naziru Haruna Isyaku and the entire staffs of the above mentioned facility and the community we once again congratulate you Shehu Yakubu Yusuf popularly known as 2IC for this promotion. We really proud of you as one the committed, dedicated, honest and integrity, humble and trustworthy during your service as deputy facility manager.

He started his working carrier as ordinary medical staff, later on, appointed as a routine immunization service provider, he also promoted and posted as a metropolitan facility deputy manager served for four years, now promoted to the rank of facility Manager.

He served with passion and commitment, he has a good managerial skills, democrat, people and patients-centred while discharging his medical carrier assignment. He had exceptional skills and very excellent in handling paediatric cases and others.
