Its been a while since i did my virtual gynecology consultations… i sure missed it 🥰

Rahmah Sisterhood is a women-only learning circle created for women navigating the real experiences of womanhood the ones we are often expected to handle quietly.

This circle exists for conversations around:

• recurrent vaginal infections and intimate health concerns
• fertility worries and reproductive health questions
• pregnancy, miscarriage, and postpartum body changes
• fatigue, emotional overwhelm, and grief
• intimacy that feels uncomfortable, painful, or tense
• navigating marriage, motherhood, and faith with compassion
• preparing for spiritually significant seasons like Ramadan

You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here.
You don’t need to speak or share.
You can join quietly, listen, and take what serves you.
Rahmah Sisterhood is not therapy and not a support group.

It is a space for learning, clarity, reassurance, and sisterhood guided by medical insight, emotional wisdom, and faith.

Women were never meant to navigate these seasons alone.

Back pain in the third trimester is real, exhausting, and often brushed off like it’s “just part of pregnancy.”

But mama, you don’t have to suffer through it.

Here are 2 proven ways to relieve the pressure:

A maternity support belt to lift your belly and reduce strain on your lower back.
The cat-cow stretch — a gentle movement that relaxes the spine and eases pelvic tension (and baby usually loves it too!).
But that’s not all...

Here are a few more things that can help right now:

✅ Use a warm towel or water bottle on your lower back (not hot)
✅ Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees and under your belly
✅ Walk daily in short bursts to stay mobile
✅ Ask your partner for a gentle lower back massage with warm oil
✅ Sit upright with good posture and a cushion behind your back
✅ Your comfort matters. Your pain is valid. And your body is doing something incredible.
