Your wife will go through things like this, not once, not twice. Yet some men still turn around and call that same woman names. They compare her with other women. They disrespect her. They insult her. Some even go as far as raising their hands against her.

But remember this:
This same woman carries the weight of your home.
She endures pains you will never understand.
She sacrifices her body, her strength, her comfort, and sometimes even her dreams just so your family can stand.

This alone is enough reason to respect your wife.
Enough reason to cherish her.
Enough reason to speak to her with kindness.
Enough reason to treat her with care.
Enough reason to honor her, protect her, and give her the love she deserves.
Enough reason to place her in the position she truly belongs, valued and appreciated.

Because everything she goes through…
Yes, it is more than enough

❤️ to all the strong women out there.

Tuberculosis (TB): A Simple, Powerful Overview

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It mainly affects the lungs, but it can attack any part of the body—bones, brain, kidneys, skin, and even the spine.
---

How TB Spreads

TB spreads through the air when an infected person:

Coughs

Sneezes

Laughs

Talks

Just breathing the same air for long periods increases the chances of infection.
---

Who Is Most at Risk?

TB can affect anyone, but the risk is higher in:

People with weak immune systems

People living in crowded environments

Smokers

Those with HIV

Malnourished individuals

---

Signs and Symptoms

Pulmonary (lung) TB:

Persistent cough for 2 weeks or more

Chest pain

Coughing out blood

Fever

Night sweats

Weight loss

Loss of appetite

Extra-pulmonary TB:
Symptoms depend on the organ affected (e.g., swollen lymph nodes, back pain, headaches).

---

Diagnosis

Doctors use:

Sputum test

Chest X-ray

GeneXpert test

Tuberculin skin test

These help detect both infection and drug resistance.

---

Treatment

TB is curable.
Treatment involves:

A combination of multiple antibiotics

Taken for 6 months or more

Strict adherence is important to prevent drug-resistant TB

Drug-resistant TB happens when people stop their medication early or take it incorrectly.

---

Prevention

Early detection and treatment

BCG vaccine in childhood

Good ventilation in crowded places

Covering mouth when coughing

Wearing masks in high-risk settings

Proper nutrition to strengthen immunity

---

Key Message

TB is deadly—but preventable, detectable, and curable.
The fight against TB starts with awareness, early testing, and complete treatment.

Be intentional about your well-being.
Your peace is not a luxury—it's your power.
Cut the noise. Choose yourself.
What you allow is what will grow.

a storm cloud made of cotton candy, with lightning blazing through the sky, and the sun is slightly shining. there's a plane in the background, in the style of a postmodern collage, made out of different cutouts, varied textures and materials, rough cut paper and cardboard, bold black and white photography, vibrant abstract shapes, complex composition with multiple viewpoints, surreal and thought-provoking atmosphere, striking bold color palette.
