MINENE Ciwon Afendis

Afendis, wato "appendix" a turance, wani ɗdan zuntutu ne mai k**ar jela a mahanar ƙkaramin hanji da babban hanji. Girmansa ya kai girman yatsan hannu.Ciwon afendis, wato "appedicitis" a turance, ciwo ne da ke k**a afendis yayin da afendis ya kumbura ko kuma ya ɓkule bayan rufewa saboda wasu dalilai.

A ina afendis yake? Afendis yana nan a ciki a ƙkasan cibiya, sannan daga kwibin dama.

A cewar WHO, adadin mutanen da ke fama da ciwon siga ya ƙkaru daga miliyan 108 a shekarar 1980 zuwa miliyan 422 a 2018. A shekarar 1980 , kasa da kashi 5% na baligai ( ƴan sama da shekaru 18) suna fama da ciwon siga a fadin duniya - a shekarar 2014 adadin ya kai kashi 8.5%.
Hukumar kula da ciwon siga ta duniya ta yi ƙkiyasin cewa kashi 80% na
baligai masuɗdauke da ciwon sunaƙkasashe masu tasowa da kuma matalautan ƙkasashe
ne,inda yanayin cin abinci ke sauyawa cikin hanzari.
A ƙkasashe masu arziki,ana alaƙkanta shi da talauci da kuma cin abincin gwangwani masu araha.

ƘKarancin suga (a jiki) (hypoglycemia)
Sikarin dake jinin jikin mutum zai iya yin ƙasa sosai idan mutum yana amfani da sinadarin insulin ko kuma wani maganin na ciwon siga, idan yana shan maganin dayawa kuma baya cin abinci isashasshe ko kuma yayi aikin ƙarfi dayawa ko kuma ya sami jinkiri mai yawa na cin abinci ko yana shan giya.
Wanda yake da ƙkarancin siga a cikin jini zai iya fiskantar tsananin kasala, ya rude ko kuma ya hasala nan-da- nan. Zai iya yin gumi ko karkarwa.

Ciwon sikari ( Diabetes ) : Masana sun bayyana shi a matsayin gazawar wani sinadari da ake kira (Insulin) ko kuma rashin sinadarin baki daya a jiki, wanda aikinsa shi ne tunkuda sugan da ke cikin jinin mutum zuwa in da ya k**ata ya je.

Nau'o'in Ciwon Suga
1. Akwai nau'in farko da ake kira Type 1- wanda mutanen da ba su gaji ciwon ba daga zuri'arsu ke fama da shi. An fi samunsa a jikin kananan yara ko kuma daga kan 'yan shekara 20 zuwa kasa.
Masu wannan nau'in su ne mafi karanci a duniya, "domin yawansu bai wuce miliyan daya da digo biyu ba a duniya baki daya. Masu wannan nau'in su ba su da sinadarin Insulin duka a jikinsu, kuma za a ga alamun suna dauke da ciwon saboda suna zuwa da rama da yawan fitsari da yawan jin ƙishirwa dakuma yawan shan ruwa.

"Abin da ya k**ata mutane su sani shi ne ciwon- suga ba ciwo ba ne da ake iya
yadawa wani,"
