To know if you have malaria parasites, here are some common signs you should look out for and confirm with a proper medical test to be sure it's malaria parasite.

SYMPTOMS OF MALARIA

You begin to notice some typical signs that usually appears 10–15 days after a mosquito bite. Here are signs

✍️ Sudden fever that comes and goes in cycles

GOLDEN MILK/TUMERIC TEA 🍵

Is a turmeric and black pepper drink, mostly known to be golden milk or turmeric tea. It is a warm beverage made by boiling turmeric, black pepper, and other ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, or milk, and then straining and sweetening it.

The piperine in black pepper enhances the absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, hence, making the drink more effective for its anti-inflammatory and other health benefits.

INGREDIENTS:
📌 1 cup of water or milk
📌 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
📌 A pinch of ground black pepper
📌 1 teaspoon of honey to taste (optional)
📌 1 sided fresh ginger 📌 Cinnamon or lemon juice

PROCEDURE
✍️ Bring the water or milk to a boil in a small pot.
