These ur kidneys most of you just ignore don't know that it plays a major role in the body...

It's one of the major organ that aids in secretion and excretion of waste products,e.g urea away from the body...

B4 , we say kidney disease only affects older ages , but now it affects both the young and old..

And once will ignore taking proper care of these organs we could have a problem with our health..

So to make this kidneys function well ,

1. you need to eat healthy diet,
2. drinking enough water daily ,
3. monitor your BP,
4. take prescribed medications only,
5. Quit excessive drinking of alcohol,
6. Eat more fruits and Veggies..
