Do you want to remain ever young? Then prepare for the 3 aging waves, the period of time when there is an accelerated pace of aging in the human body. These are ages 44, 60 and 75yrs!
● Eat Well. As you grow older be sure you are eating for nutrition and not just taste.
● Drink Enough Water. Water is your number one friend. Every activity in your body depends on it. 60% of the adult body is water while it is 70% for children!
● Sleep Well. Allow your body to recover everyday. Sleep is the body's Resetting tool
● Maintain Good Social Connections. You need people to be healthy but not toxic ones
● AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, EXERCISE!
Move your body! Exercising regularly has been found to be the most significantly factor that helps you to age healthily and gracefully! World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends 150mins of aerobic exercises per week. These include walking, dancing, swimming, and games like table tennis.
