I noticed that a lot of you have been sending private messages to a wrong number. I am sure I have mentioned that I’ll only respond to messages sent to my wix ‘space’ only🧐. Anyway, for the sake of those who don’t have space on their phones to download the app (link in bio), I will drop a more accessible number. At the same time, free clinics are only on the days I make available for a period of time. I think I need to pin some information here, especially for newcomers.

Anyways, just like some of you, I used to think that the size of one’s breast determined the quantity and maybe quality of breast milk 🫣…well now you know!😂🤣

Good morning my gorgeous, awesome, and blessed community people💕

Una wan use laff kill me yesterday with the Battle of the answers! The answer is 90% …hard to believe right😂 that’s why it’s always good to let your babies suck for a long time on one breast before changing to the other one. The first milk that comes out, called the foremilk, is usually very watery, however, the longer the child stays on that breast, the richer the milk that follows the watery one called, hindmilk. So my advice ladies, once your babies suck the breast and looks like they are full, burp them, and place them back on the same breast.

Anyway, on Thursday our beautiful matron at Clearview will be telling nursing mothers how to create a balance with breastfeeding and work life. Please be sure to tune in and gain something.

I will doing a live video on Saturday afternoon to take questions on breastfeeding, breastmilk and related topics.

😂😂😂… do you think mothers have a choice with this question? When I had my kids, believe it or not, every time I breastfed my kids in public, I always felt like I was breastfeeding the whole community 😖

After 3 kids, I moved from not being comfortable to extremely comfortable, to the extent you forget to pack back, it’s either your older child or hubby will end up packing it back for you😩. It is well.

So which is it for you, nursing mums?🤪

Let’s encourage all breastfeeding mothers…it’s not easy exposing breasts anytime the baby demands for it!!🫣

The thing about this breastfeeding is that there is more to gain as a mother when you breastfeed for long.

I also want to beg all ogas at the top, to encourage their employees who are nursing mothers, to grant them longer maternity leave so that they can breastfeed for long, at least 4- 6months🙏
