We are celebrating this year by highlighting the importance of groundwater.

The world's largest distributed source of freshwater, groundwater flows into inland bodies of water like streams, rivers, and lakes to supply seasonal water to life on the land. Wetlands are vital sources of freshwater for livelihood, agriculture, and industrial uses.

In spite of this, aquifers are frequently overexploited and polluted.

Today being World Water Day, let's rethink all our actions so they don't negatively impact this vital natural resource. Though groundwater is beneath our feet, we hold the key to solving its crisis.
Also, don't forget to take water today.

Google won't care enough about your headaches or work harder for you when you're having difficulty finding answers. Not neglecting the usefulness of the internet but being careful, the internet shouldn’t be your final answer to diagnosing your symptoms.
Do not delay treatment from medical professionals with years of intensive training for the convenience of Google. Call your doctor and get advice from someone who understands the puzzle.

Too much of everything is bad, here are some of the dangers of eating too much:
-May promote excess body fat
- Your daily calorie balance is determined by how many calories you consume versus how many you burn.
- When you eat more than you expend, this is known as a calorie surplus. Your body may store these additional calories as fat May disrupt hunger regulation
- Two major hormones affect hunger regulation-ghrelin, which stimulates appetite, and leptin, which suppresses appetite. When you haven’t eaten for a while, ghrelin levels increase. Then, after you’ve eaten, leptin levels tell your body that it’s full. However, overeating may disrupt this balance. - May increase disease risk
- While occasional overeating likely doesn’t affect long-term health, chronic overeating can lead to obesity. In turn, this condition has consistently been shown to increase disease risk. - May make you sleepy
- After overeating, many people become sluggish or tired. - It’s easy to overeat if you don’t pay attention to how much you eat or how full you feel.
