✅PID (PELVIC INFLAMMATION DISEASE)

PID Is an infection that do damage the upper reproductive organs e.g
Fallopian tube
Ovaries
This is the diagram of the fallopian tube be affected 👇👇

The green part it has been affected by pid because it was not treated on time which now lead to chronic PID

If it is untreated it can cause scar and permanent damage

✅SIGNS AND SYMPTOM OF PID

Do you know some women doesn't experience any sign until they have trouble getting pregnant or develop chronic PELVIC pain

Symptoms are

⭐️Pain under your lower abdomen and pelvic

⭐️Unusual heavy vaginal discharge that may have unpleasant odor

⭐️Unusual bleeding from the vaginal, especially during or after s*x

⭐️Pain during s*x

⭐️Sometimes you might experience fever with chills

⭐️Painful,difficult, frequently urination

So if you develop most of the signs and symptoms see a doctor and also u can also run this test and take along to see ur Doctor

Multiple sensitive cultures test

Should be run in a laboratory office

✅CAUSES OF PID

⭐️Gonorrhea
⭐️Chlamydia
⭐️Abortion
⭐️Long term birth control
⭐️And any other bacteria

Pls note when treating pid lt has to be you and your partner because it is also a STI

People who are more likely to get pid

Having multiple s*xual partners

Being s*xually active and younger than 25years old

Deepening or douching regularly which upset the balance of good versus harmful bacteria in the vaginal can cause pid

Having s*x with someone that have a lot of partners

✅COMPLICATION OF PID

Ectopic pregnancy

Infertility

Chronic pelvic pain

Fallopian tube blockages

✅HOW TO PREVENT PID

⭐️Stop deepening ur hand inside ur vaginal when washing

⭐️Practice safe s*x

⭐️Get tested

⭐️Ur partner be tested too

⭐️Trow old underwear Away and get a new one or you washed with mild soap and spread in sun light

If your cycle is over 35days, it's a sign something's off.
