Before I gave birth to my First and second baby I was weighing 105kg and 108kg haaaa πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”

I had no worries because bringing life to existence is not a day job. Yes.

It is a whole of 41 weeks of hormonal changes,b0dily changes and all lots of emotions.

But as soon as I wean them my fitness journey activates. One reason is that I love walking fast and anything that will disallow me move fast must be shed off 🀣🀣
So I had to get to work. Asap

I personally don't wait after having all the children we need before working on my weight.

I begin my journey after weaning my child.

There are risks of waiting for that long, risk 9f Dia.betes , High bl00d pressure etc.
