How to control Heartburn/ GERD :
● Never sleep with your head flat; always use a pillow.
● Don't sleep immediately after eating; stay up for 2 hours after eating.
● Sleep on the left side; sleeping on the right side or flat, makes it easy for acidic food content to back up to esophagus.
● If you are taking Omeprazol or any other protonix, take it 2 hours before meals.
● Don't eat until you are full; eat small frequent meals.
● Quit alcohol and smoking
● Quit sodas and fatty food
● Exercise and manage your weight.

Ovulation is a most fertile period of a lady still in the age of conception,which starts 12 to 14 days before your next period (menstruation).

• How to calculate ovulation;
From the first day of your monthly period to day 14. Therefore, ovulation occurs from day 12 to day 14th.
