Unlocking Your Health Potential With The Power of Raw Onions

Did you know that raw onions can be a game-changer for your health? Onions are not only a tasty addition to your meals but also offer a multitude of benefits.

Let's dive into how incorporating raw onions into your diet can significantly boost your well-being.

To start, raw onions are an incredible source of antioxidants. These little powerhouses shield your cells from harm caused by free radicals, potentially preventing chronic illnesses like cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer's. In fact, onions contain over 25 different types of flavonoids, potent antioxidants known for reducing inflammation and lowering the risk of certain cancers.

Raw onions also provide a hearty dose of vitamin C, which is crucial for a robust immune system. This vitamin amps up white blood cell production, your body's frontline defense against infections and diseases. Plus, onions contain vitamin B6, which supports brain function, mood regulation, and healthy sleep patterns.

Your heart will thank you for incorporating raw onions too. They contain flavonoids that can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease. Additionally, sulfur compounds in onions can help lower cholesterol levels and prevent blood clots, safeguarding you from heart attacks and strokes.

Need another reason to enjoy raw onions? They're a great source of fiber, essential for a well-functioning digestive system. Fiber keeps things moving smoothly through your digestive tract, preventing constipation and regulating blood sugar levels to reduce diabetes risk.

So, how can you make raw onions a regular part of your diet? It's easy! Add them to salads, sandwiches, wraps, or use them as a flavorful garnish for soups and stews. You can even sauté them with other veggies for a delicious and healthy side dish.

However, it's worth noting that while raw onions offer numerous health benefits, they may not agree with everyone's digestive system. If you experience bloating, gas, or other digestive discomfort, consider cooking them instead.

In conclusion, by embracing raw onions, you're taking a significant step towards a healthier you. Their antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals can enhance your overall health, especially when it comes to your heart and immune system. So, why not start enjoying the many benefits of raw onions in your meals today?

WARNING SIGNS OF KIDNEY DAMAGE

Your kidneys are responsible for regulating your body's salt, potassium, and acid levels.

These little organ generally try to warn you of kidney damage before it causes more serious health problems. After all, the kidneys are vital organs in charge of waste elimination.

Toxins accumulate in the body when kidney functions are impaired. The earlier you detect kidney damage, the more effective your treatment will be.

Here’s what you should look out for:

👉Lower Back Pain.

One of the most common symptoms of kidney disease is lower back pain and discomfort. The pain may start on one or both sides; however, if untreated, it will usually affect both sides within a short period of time. In some cases, urinating will relieve the discomfort.

👉Urination Patterns.

Changes in urinary function, such as an odd or unfamiliar odor, paler or darker appearance, and decreased or increased frequency, are another common warning sign. Urine may suddenly become foamy, or urination may become painful.

If you notice any of these symptoms or find blood in your p*e, you should seek medical attention right away. Urinary pattern changes, in general, are indicators of acute kidney problems.

👉Swelling.

Edema or swelling can occur when the kidneys are not functioning properly and are not effectively eliminating waste from the body. These fluids can build up in the hands, feet, legs, ankles, and face. Edema in the lungs and heart can develop in severe cases.

👉Skin Problems.

Toxins can accumulate in poorly functioning kidneys, causing dryness, rashes, and severe itching.

A variety of topical treatments, prescription, over-the-counter, and natural ingredients can be beneficial; however, these will not address the underlying condition.

These Spices Can Help Lower Blood Pressure.

Dietary changes, in addition to medication, can help lower blood pressure. Here are four commonly used spices that can help:

👉 Scent Leaf (Basil).

This herb, which has a distinct flavor and is commonly used in cooking, is extremely beneficial in terms of lowering blood pressure.

Scent leaf, also known as basil, contains Eugenol, a compound that acts as a natural calcium channel blocker, allowing blood vessels to relax and thus lowering blood pressure, according to some studies.

👉Garlic.

Garlic is another spice that can help lower blood pressure. This spice contains Sulphur compounds like allicin, which may help increase blood flow and relax blood vessels, resulting in lower blood pressure.

👉Ginger.

Ginger is another spice that has medicinal properties. Ginger is a spice that improves many aspects of cardiovascular health, including circulation, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure.

Ginger, like scent leaf, is a calcium channel blocker and a natural ACE inhibitor, which are both found in blood pressure medications.

👉Cinnamon.

Cinnamon, a spice derived from tree inner bark, is also useful in the treatment of hypertension. This is because, according to some studies, this spice can help dilate and relax blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Early Signs of Toxic Kidney

If you have chronic kidney disease (CKD), which affects 10% of the global population, your kidneys will gradually fail. If detected early enough treatment is ideal, but 90% of people with CKD are unaware of their condition!

This is why there has been increase of CKD cases worldwide. According to experts, people with kidney problems may not exhibit symptoms until they require hospitalisations.

Let’s begin with the most obvious sign:

👉 You see changes in your urine.

If you notice blood in your urine, it could be because your kidney filters have been damaged and blood cells are leaking.

If you've been p*eing more frequently than usual recently, especially at night, you may have a kidney problem that is causing a strong desire to always answer nature's call.

Finally, as your kidneys fail, protein from your blood can leak into your urine. This causes bubbles in your urine, similar to how egg whites are whipped for cake batter!

👉 Your legs, hands, or face are swollen.

Fluid cannot be eliminated by failing kidneys. The salt you consume remains in your body, exacerbating swelling. Swelling in your feet, ankles, hands, face, or around your eyes, in particular. Protein in urine can also cause puffiness around the eyes.

👉 You have a metallic taste in your mouth.

If your kidneys are not functioning properly, you may experience an ammonia-like, metallic taste in your mouth. When unfiltered waste accumulates in your blood (a condition known as uremia), it alters the taste of food. You have bad breath (halitosis) and don't feel like eating.

8 Reasons You Must Get 8 Hours of Beautiful Sleep

Sleep is as important as your diet and physical activity. You need to give sleep the attention it deserves.

Lack of sleep is linked to many serious health issues like; increased risk of heart disease, depression, weight gain, inflammation, and other chronic illnesses.

Individual needs for sleep varies. Most research suggests that you should get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night for optimal health.

Sleep deprivation can put your health and safety at risk, which is why it’s important that you prioritize and protect your sleep on a daily basis.

The following are the 8 reasons you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.

1. Sleep Helps You Maintain or Lose Weight

Lack of sleep increases levels of ghrelin and decreases levels of leptin. Ghrelin is a hormone that makes us feel hungry while leptin makes us feel full. This may cause us to feel hungrier and overeat.

Short sleep duration is associated with an increased risk of developing obesity and weight gain. Sleep deprivation may increase your appetite and cause you to eat more than necessary.

2. Sleep Improves Concentration and Productivity

Sleep is vital for various aspects of brain function. Cognition, concentration, productivity, and performance are all negatively affected by sleep deprivation.

So, good sleep can maximize problem-solving skills and enhance memory. In contrast, poor sleep has been shown to impair brain function and decision making skills.

3. Sleep Strengthen Your Heart

Low sleep quality and duration may increase your risk of developing heart disease.

Short sleep appears to increase the risk of high blood pressure, especially in those with obstructive sleep apnea — a condition characterized by interrupted breathing during sleep.

Sleeping fewer than seven hours per night is linked to an increased risk of heart disease and high blood pressure.

4. Sleep Controls Sugar Metabolism and Type 2 Diabetes Risk

Lack of sleep is linked to a greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance — which is when your body cannot use the hormone insulin properly.

Sleep deprivation is associated with a higher risk of developing obesity, heart disease, and metabolic syndrome. These factors also increase your risk of diabetes.

5. Sleep Fights Depression

Mental health case like depression are strongly associated with poor sleep quality and sleeping disorders.

Poor sleeping patterns are strongly linked to depression, particularly for those with a sleeping disorder.

6. Sleep Supports A Healthy Immune System

Inadequate sleep has been shown to impair immune function.

Getting at least 8 hours of sleep can improve your immune function and help fight the common cold.

7. Good Sleep Regulates Increased Inflammation

Sleep plays a major role in the regulation of our central nervous system. It’s helps in the stress-response systems known as the sympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.

Lack of sleep is linked to higher levels of inflammation. Over time, this can increase your risk of developing chronic conditions like heart disease, depression, and Alzheimer’s disease.

8. Lack of Sleep Affects Emotions and Social Interactions

Sleep loss reduces your ability to regulate emotions and interact socially.

When we’re tired, we have a harder time controlling emotional outbursts and our behaviors in front of others. Tiredness may also affect our ability to respond to humor and show empathy.

Sleep deprivation may reduce your social skills and ability to process emotions.

Lack of sleep can be dangerous
Not getting enough sleep can be dangerous for yourself and others.

When we’re tired, our ability to focus on tasks, reflexes, and reaction times decreases. In fact, being severely sleep-deprived is comparable to having consumed excess alcohol.

THE REAL CAUSE OF HYPERTENSION

Many people keep hanging on an old false belief of "SALT CAUSES HYPERTENSION" They have 100% belief in skewed research found on Google!

SUGAR will give you hypertension before you even mention the word SALT.

Salt will never, never, never, ever cause hypertension.

NEVER.

What is the actual cause of HYPERTENSION?

Hypertension is mainly and primarily caused by the narrowing of your blood vessels as a result of chronic exposure to inflammatory radicals like:

- Sugar

- Seed oils

- Refined carbs and cereals

If these vessels are narrow, the heart uses a lot of pressure to pump blood.

The closest factor of salt leading to hypertension is 'WATER RETENTION".

But how many millions of milligrams do you need for salt to retain water in your body?

Salt can only cause hypertension if you have a sick kidney and sick liver. But the body is not stupid. It knows when to remove excess water (urine) and when to ask for more water (thirst).

Nature (body) is not stupid at all.

Stop blaming salt while eating sugar.

Stop accusing salt for what sugar did to your blood vessels and heart.

Sugar is messing up your body. Believe me or not!

If salt was bad as the industry tells you, then all our forefathers would have died of hypertension.

They ate salt. Sold salt. Paid salary with salt.
