Before you take antacid, Omeprazole meds for that heartburn or reflux or ulcer, I think you should know that low stomach acid is the issue.

It might be a bigger issue than conventional wisdom would have you believe.

PPIs lower stomach acid and can lead to things like SIBO, H. pylori and poor nutrient absorption.

Reflux is an issue, don't get me wrong. But this tends to be associated with a compromised stomach mucosal layer and poor stomach motility. Don't blame the acid!
