Liss Eye Care, a specialist eye clinic committed to excellent patient care, is hiring a Front Desk/Administrator to provide front office and administrative support under the supervision of management.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Attend to phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling with courtesy and efficiency.
Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage and replenish stationeries, supplies, and oversee general office upkeep.
Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical duties.
Handle and update the clinic’s social media page to support patient engagement and visibility.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal communication skills and Initiative.
Good knowledge of computers and office applications (MS Office, email, internet).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc.).
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in front desk, administration, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Proximity to Ikorodu and surrounding areas is preferred.

Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
saturdays: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
