Take Prenatal Vitamins: Folic acid and other vitamins support the baby’s development, especially in the early weeks.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to support your body’s increased blood volume and prevent dehydration.
Exercise Safely: Moderate exercise, like walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga, can improve mood, reduce stress, and ease pregnancy symptoms.
