Help Save Ayomide’s Life
Dear Friends and Compassionate Supporters,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts and urgent hope on behalf of Ayomide Aboaba, a 23-year-old student of Accounting at Lagos State University (LASU) who is courageously battling chronic kidney disease.
Ayomide’s health journey began in 2018 with a devastating diagnosis. Since then, he has been kept alive through regular dialysis treatment, two to three sessions a week at N45,000 per session (8 to 9 sessions each month), costing his family ₦360,000 to ₦405,000 monthly, not including medications of ₦85,000) and essential injections of about ₦80,000.
Despite all efforts, his doctors have confirmed that a kidney transplant is now the only chance for him to live a healthy, full life.
The Cost of Survival
The total estimated cost for his kidney transplant including surgery, hospital stay, donor matching, post-transplant care, and medications is approximately ₦35,000,000, far beyond the financial capacity of his family.
His father, Ayoola Aboaba, has served his community tirelessly over the years as a Rotarian with Rotary Club of Egbe and now finds himself seeking help from that same community to save his only son.
