For a while now, news suggesting artificial seasonings can h@rm health has been circulating. Many are hesitant to let go because they're afraid their food might become tasteless. Some have stopped but haven't found a proper replacement. If you fall into either category, I can tell you that your fear or concern is valid.
The truth is, nothing beats natural seasoning. Somebody like me loves to cook without fear of health issues, and that's why I've been using natural seasonings for 2 years now and still counting. Does that mean I'm eating tasteless food? No, I cook with natural seasonings, and the taste is superb.
There's something we call taste buds. Taste buds are small sensory organs on the tongue that detect chemicals in food and drinks, allowing us to experience the five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. They can adapt to changes in diet and environment, and their sensitivity can be influenced by factors like age and health.
When you stop cooking with artificial seasoning, your taste buds will detect the change, and it'll take a while to adjust. Trust me, it doesn't take much time, as they have the ability to adapt to changes.
You can take your time to research artificial seasonings and their ingredients.
