On 28th January 2026, we celebrate a decade of creating a safe community, courage, friendship and consistency — even when the journey is messy. And to mark this milestone, we are giving back 🎉

Because fitness isn’t about having it all together; it’s about choosing wellness, again and again.

We are inviting young women (ages 17–23) to share their wellness stories - What does fitness mean to you? How did you hear about it? If you are on a fitness journey, what does it look like?

🎁 10 lucky winners will receive a fitness kit.

Winners will be announced at the virtual live event holding on Sunday, 1st February 2026.

2020 highlighted the importance of slowing down, unplugging and resting🙇🏿‍♀️.

After years of creating space for support and encouragent on our personal wellness/fitness judgment through our non-judgmental community, we decided to host a wellness retreat for our wonderful FeetQueens. 💜💜💜

We camped ✅
We exercised✅
We stretched ✅
We talked✅
We meditated✅
We slowed down✅
We had fun✅
We danced ✅
We bonded✅
We rested✅
We created our 2022 Mood Board✅

There was yummy and nutritious healthy food prepared by , we shipped in some good good and we collectively rejoiced in having the space to embrace our inner peace. 🧘‍♀️

Big thanks to our lovely host for being so warm and making us feel safe 🥰

Here is a snippet of the retreat to share a beautiful new chapter in our lives😁.
