Finding your true self isn’t a one-time discovery it’s a journey of unfolding, layer by layer.
Sometimes it looks like healing.
Sometimes it looks like resting.
Sometimes it looks like letting go of things you once thought defined you

Give yourself permission to grow slowly.
Even a flower doesn’t bloom all at once.Take a breath.,You’re allowed to evolve.
