โDay 2: Bay Leaf Steam for Morning Stiffness

โStiff ankles when you get out of bed? Try this before you step on the floor.

โWhat you need:
โ- 1 small bowl of hot water
โ- 3 dried bay leaves
โ- 1 towel
โ
โSteps:
โ1. Drop bay leaves in hot water. Let it steam 2 mins.
โ2. Sit on bed edge. Feet over bowl. Cover feet + bowl with towel.
โ3. Steam for 3 minutes. Breathe deep.
