Are Grains Really Healthy — or Just a Beautiful Lie?

Let’s be honest:
You don’t come here for soft truths.

You eat your oatmeal, whole wheat bread, fortified flour — thinking you’re nourishing yourself.

But your gut knows.

Nature defends itself cleverly.
Animals have claws and horns.
Plants? They arm themselves with chemicals.

Grains like wheat, maize, rice, soy, peas…
carry natural defense weapons:
—Gluten
—Phytates
—Lectins
—Oxalates

These compounds block your absorption of iron, zinc, folate, amino acids.
They irritate your gut lining.
They feed inflammation.

That’s why we’re seeing more:
—IBS
—Ulcers
—Indigestion
—Anaemia, even with iron supplements

It’s not the lack of pills.
It’s the presence of grains.

Some of us young people don’t understand modesty. Or gratitude.

You are NOTHING without your health.

When sickness comes, everything that made you special—
→ Your energy
→ Your plans
→ Your dreams
→ Your beauty
→ Your ambition

…gone.

When you’re sick, you drop every desire except one:
“I just want to get better.”

Don’t think because the nonsense you’re eating today hasn’t caught up with you… that it won’t.

The foundation of the diseases waiting for you at 40
→ Might be the compound interest of your choices at 20.

When you see a formula that’s WORKING…
→ Stick with it.
→ Be patient.
→ Stay humble.

I’m not here to be liked.
I’m not here to make enemies either.

I’m here to remind you:

Everything is rigged against your health.
→ The food.
→ The air.
→ The medicine.
→ The system.

And at the end of the day…

No one can save you but you.

This can push you into deeper sleep stages, particularly slow-wave sleep and REM sleep.

Now, REM (rapid eye movement) sleep is the phase where most vivid dreams and emotional processing happen.

A stagnant body is an invitation for emotions to linger.

Unmoved energy becomes stuck.
Unfelt emotions become heavy.
Unprocessed stress settles into the tissues.

You have to move your body daily, in whatever way is accessible to you — walking, stretching, dancing, gentle exercise — not just for fitness, but for emotional freedom.

Movement shakes loose the weight of stagnant emotions.
It clears what talking can’t.
It liberates what thinking over and over has trapped.

Remember:
You don’t just carry stress in your mind.
You carry it in your body.
And to release it, you have to move it.

When people start making money, they start eating unhealthy thinking they are enjoying.

Don't use your money to kill yourself.

Go to a supermarket now, check an average person trolley.

3 big loaves of bread, milky doughnuts, fruit juices, ice cream, carbonated drinks, seed oils, biscuits, chocolate etc.

These same people can easily afford, sweet potatoes, beef, liver, eggs, green veggies, mix vegetables, coconut oil etc.

But they are there buying diseases for themselves and their families.

Don't let this person be you.

Prioritize your health and that of your family.
