Love isn’t always what it seems…
Sometimes, it starts with care, attention, and promises that feel too real to question.
But behind some “perfect beginnings”… are truths we never see coming.
💔 Love & Betrayal is a story of trust, emotions, and the painful reality many people don’t talk about.
This is more than just a story…
It’s something someone out there is living through right now.

When people talk about toxic relationships, they always mention bruises.
But what about the wounds no one sees?
I met Daniel when I was at my lowest. He was kind, patient… or at least, that’s what I thought. He listened to me talk about my fears, my dreams, my past. He made me feel safe.
At first. Then slowly, things changed.
It started with little corrections: “Why do you talk like that?” “You’re too emotional.” “You think too much.”
I laughed it off. I thought, maybe he’s just trying to help me grow.
But then came the silence.
Whenever I expressed how I felt, he would shut down. Ignore me. Sometimes for days. I would beg, apologize—even when I didn’t know what I did wrong.
I started shrinking.
I stopped sharing my thoughts. I stopped laughing loudly. I stopped being… me.
The worst part?
He never insulted me directly. He never raised his hand.
So I kept telling myself: “At least he’s not abusive.”
But every night, I cried myself to sleep beside someone who made me feel invisible.
One day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the girl staring back at me.
She looked tired. Empty. Lost.
That was the day I realized…
You don’t need scars on your body to prove you’re hurting.
I left. Not because I stopped loving him… But because I started choosing myself.
And healing has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

If it's you, what will you have done differently?

In times like these, when uncertainty fills the air and security challenges weigh heavily on our hearts across Nigeria, staying mentally strong is no small feat.
Every day you wake up, push forward, and choose hope—you are showing strength.
Not the loud kind, but the quiet, powerful kind that refuses to give up.
It’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. But don’t lose yourself in the chaos. Your mind matters. Your peace matters. You matter.
Let’s continue to look out for one another, speak up, check in, and hold on to faith that better days will come.
No matter how tough it gets—
we are stronger together, and we will rise.
Stay safe. Stay hopeful. Stay strong.

As the holy month of Ramadan continues, Favour Health Foundation extends warm wishes to our Muslim brothers and sisters.

This season is a reminder of the power of discipline, compassion, and inner healing. As you fast and pray, may your hearts find peace, your minds find clarity, and your lives be filled with renewed strength.

We also use this moment to encourage everyone to care for their mental and emotional well-being. Kindness to others begins with kindness to yourself.

Let us continue to build a world where love, understanding, and support are accessible to all.

Mothers: the only people who can pray for you, scold you, feed you, advise you, and still ask if you have eaten… all in the same hour. 😂❤️

At Favour Health Foundation, we celebrate the real superheroes — the women who carry families, wipe tears, give the best advice (even when we pretend not to listen), and still manage to smile through it all.

To every amazing mum out there: your strength inspires us, your love heals us, and your laughter keeps the home alive.

Today, we celebrate you loudly! 🎉
Happy Mother’s Day to the queens of every home. 👑

The Man Who Made the World Laugh — While Fighting a Silent Battle!

Robin Williams was one of the most beloved comedians and actors in the world. Through his movies, comedy, and voice, he made millions of people laugh and feel joy. From films like Dead Poets Society, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Good Will Hunting, he showed extraordinary talent that touched hearts across generations.

But behind the smiles and laughter was a man quietly battling deep emotional struggles. Robin Williams experienced severe depression and anxiety, challenges that many people around him did not fully see or understand.

On August 11, 2014, the world was shocked to learn that Robin Williams had died at the age of 63. His death reminded millions that even people who appear happy, successful, and loved can be fighting silent battles inside.

His story became a powerful wake-up call about mental health.

The Message His Story Leaves Us
Robin Williams’ life teaches us an important truth:

Sometimes the people who make everyone else smile are the ones who need someone to ask, “Are you really okay?”

Mental health struggles are real, and no one should have to face them alone.

💚 Check on your friends.
💚 Speak up when you are hurting.
💚 Listening can save a life.

You are not weak for asking for help. You are human.
