1. Chest Pain or Discomfort.
This is the hallmark symptom of a heart attack. It often feels like pressure, tightness, squeezing, or aching in the center or left side of the chest.
-The pain can last for more than a few minutes or it may go away and come back. It is often severe, but in some cases, it might be mild and mistaken for indigestion or heartburn.

2. Shortness of Breath
This can occur with or without chest discomfort. It might feel like you can’t catch your breath or that you are panting.
This symptom can happen before, during, or after the chest pain. It can occur at rest or with minimal physical activity. It is often accompanied by chest discomfort but can also present alone.

This includes pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
