Swap One Treat today!

Replace
👉🏾Coke with zobo/water
👉🏾Cake with Greek yoghurt + fruit
👉🏾Fried foods with grilled foods.

Still delicious, way smarter!

If you’re looking for a challenge you could try swapping two or more treats!

Active December Day 14:
Go on a walk and do 30 sec high-knee marches/ or high knees every 5 min.

It’s cardio + hip mobility!

Level 1: 15min walk
Level 2: 30min walk
Level 3: 1hr and above.

DAY 11 – ACTIVE DECEMBER ⏰
Hourly Posture Reset (takes < 5 mins!)

Set an alarm called “POSTURE” for every hour (before bedtime) for the rest of the day.

Every hour when your alarm rings:
1. Stand (or sit tall)
2. Shoulder rolls back & down ×10
3. Ear-to-shoulder tilts ×5-8 each side
4. Chin tucks ×10
5. Overhead reach + deep breaths
6. Big smile & stand proud 😁

DAY 10 ACTIVE DECEMBER:
3 × 10 Glute Bridges with 2-5sec hold at the top

Wake up those sleepy glutes!
→ Stronger butt = happier lower back
→ Better posture & running power
Glute bridges are actually a great exercise for shaping and growing your glutes with your own bodyweight. Mastering this exercise also makes it easy for you to do hip thrusts.

Beginners → feet wider, smaller lift
Advanced → single-leg or march at the top
