Weight Loss Fundamentals
When it comes to weight loss solutions I do not nobelieve there is some silver bullet, one-size-fits-all solution or approach.
Of course, it stands to reason that this cannot be the case because every individual is different across several levels.
Anatomically, genetically, physiologically, and even socially or lifestyle preferences all provide varying benchmarks that could determine, or at least influence, the outcome of any diet or routine we choose to recommend or pursue.
Depending on one's stance, it is evident that some proponents prioritize nutrition (or diet) over physical activity, while others who advocate for exercise often downplay the significance of nutrition, potentially viewing it as overstated.
I believe that any program that would be sustainable, safe, and effective needs to be juxtaposed against the following.
1.) Does it recommend the exclusion of any class of food?
We know of some diets that forbid one from taking certain food types, especially carbohydrates. While the purveyors of this method point to the "results", I personally feel that the fact that these food types are being excluded from daily meals may portend a health risk further down the line. Besides, it is clearly not sustainable. Every food class is necessary and important for the body to function optimally.
Isn't that the essence of a balanced diet???
2.) Does it emphasize physical activity, exercising, and training over and above a lifestyle of healthy eating?
Experts have said over and again that weight loss is 70% nutrition and 30% exercise. I believe strongly that you lose weight in the kitchen but get fit in the gym.
This lopsidedness has often left us with fit but unhealthy athletes. I often hear among trainers /coaches, "No pain, no gain". Hmm, I agree but sometimes the pain may itself be a sign of an overstrain. I guess caution and balance should be the watchword here

3.) Does it emphasize nutrition while playing down on exercise?
Red flag. I believe nutrition and exercise ought to go hand-in-hand for an effective, safe, and sustainable weight loss experience.
I often read about certain programs or products that encourage docility; all you have to do is take a sip, take a lick, stick it under your tongue, rub it between your palms, wear it around your waist, and even wear it on your head, believe it or not... My dear, do not be carried away by these fad-products.
Many of them offer short-term benefits but no long-term value.
You will soon be back to status and, God forbid, with a health challenge traceable to their use.
Absolutely! I have found it to be the most complete, nutritionally balanced program on the market today. And why do I say? In addition to fulfilling all three categories listed above, it also helps fulfill, very uniquely, the following criteria:
*1.) Delivers Smart & Healthy Calories IN
*2.) Accelerates Metabolic Calories OUT
*3.) Helps to Feed the Metabolism (the missing factor in most other programs)*
*So what's this program? Oh yes, you guessed it, it's the Forever F.I.T. Comprises of Clean 9, Clean 9 Plus, and a sustainable weight loss pack.
