Think about this....

Everything is super important until you are sick. Then , you realize that there was only ever ONE thing that was important...YOUR HEALTH.

Let's do all we can to stay healthy. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise and reduce stress to the barest minimum.

Doing all these requires intentionality, prioritize you, so that you would have good health to run your life smoothly .

It's day 4 of our weightloss/ wellness challenge and our Participants are in high spirit.

We just concluded our 3 days zero carbs and today, feasting begins.

It's amazing how you don't have to starve to lose weight . You eat the right kinds of meals and slay like never before.

This is me flaunting some of our meals so far. These are perfect meal ideas!

Our 35 days wellness/ weightloss challenge journey started today .

Congratulations to all who prioritized their health and well being and joined. We look forward to their launching a heathier version of them in July.

Low carbs works....incorporating other wellness tops makes it a game changer !

This challenge , we are incorporating Water therapy daily.

This is the best treatment for most common ailments .

Who do we achieve this?

--First thing in the morning, take a full 750ml water ,that's about 2-3cups of water .

--Take your morning tonic as shared in the bootcaml group . I gave us two options. Then, take another cup of water . It means in the morning , you must have done 4cups of water . This should happen early in the morning so that your breakfast can come 45mins -1hr after. If it can be up to 2 hours later, that's best.

--For the rest of the day, ensure to drink at least 3 more 750ml water. Minimum daily is 3litres.

--Another way to enjoy your water is drinking lemon/cucumber/mint/ginger infused water. We call it flat tummy water. Helps your body PH level and enables us to enjoy your water ( I will share it here)

---Drinking more water means urinating more. Endeavour to take your supplements while on Keto / low carbs, then , sea salt in water to replenish your sodium , this will help you keep headache away.

Let Me Tell You About Adeola...my client of 5 years and counting....

Adeola was referred to me by a client. When she called , she said ' i am ready to do anything to have my life back' . At that point, I knew I had gotten a client who would make me proud and change her own story.
