I got a call this morning and the caller mentioned how that, a colleague of his would always have seizures as a result of his constantly high blood pressure.

Many questions are coming to mind I guess! Is it possible for high blood pressure to cause seizures/epilepsy? At what level of blood pressure can one start experiencing seizures?

Well, high blood pressure can increase the risk of seizures/epilepsy. This is not to say that it would.play out in every scenario. It can be avoided if we take the necessary precautions. From.eating the right meals, to reducing our intake of sodium, exercising and checking your numbers.

It is imperative that every home has one Blood Pressure machine, whether or not there is a history of hypertension. It would do you more harm than good.
