Our concern is on a disheartening report we are getting in Kenya about the use of "live fire" by the Kenyan Police on the peaceful protesters.

We call on President William Ruto to look into this alleged commission by the police and call them to order. The life of every single Kenyan must be protected.

GEF is also calling on the office of the High Commissiiner for Human Right (OHCHR) to call Kenyan Police to order.

We call on the Nigeria government to swiftly swing into action to avert the planned Nationwide protest . One of the measures is to think of restoring 80% subsidy on fuel and foodstuffs, and declare national emergency on unemployment.
