How to make liquid soap for home use.
This post is from Myscentspace
Disclaimer: I'm not a professional so don't come for me, I'm only trying to help those that want to save money on soap.
Period.
MATERIAL NEEDED.
Go to your chemical store and ask them to sell you material for liquid soap. Most of them already measured and pack them according to the litres you want to make, so they will ask you how many litres you are buying and sell to you appropriately.
The material that will be in your package are as follows:
A. Caustic soda
B. Sttp
C. Nitrosol
D. Sls
E. Texapon
F. Sulfur
G. Soda Ash
H. Foam booster
I. Color
J. Fragrance (this does not come with the package, you buy separately)
K. Preservatives (if the soap is going to last for a while e.g 6 months)
Don't ask what they are used for. The list of ingredients is just as a guide, so you can cross-check when you are given.
PS: there is no one list of ingredients to make soap, people use different ingredients, steps to achieve the same result.

HOW TO MAKE SOAP.
Non soap materials needed.
A. A lot of bowls
B. Turning sticks which can also be curtain rods 🤭
C. A helping hand(s)
D. Gloves and nose mask. (Compulsory)
According to the litres you bought, 10, 15, 20, 25. Get a big bowl that can accommodate the litres of water at once and left with space to avoid mess.
For example, if you buy 20ltr soap materials, get a 30ltr or more bowl and fill with only 20ltrs water, you need the space when you are Turning.
From that water, you will take little to dissolve your ingredients.
Take a small bowl, pour your soda Ash, and take enough water that will dissolve it from the 20ltr, mix and set aside.
You'll do the same for other ingredients in separate bowls except
I. Nitrosol 2, Texapon 3, sulphur.

When everything has been dissolved, it's time to start work and I hope you have eaten eba by now. 🤭 cos you need strength to stir your soap and you don't stop stirring when you start till the end. That's why I don't advice to do it alone except you are doing very little quantity that you can handle 😌
Pour in your Nitrosol to the remaining unused water (from the 20ltrs that you have not used and in that big bowl) and stir till satisfaction.
Add your sulphur next, stir
Add texapon, keep stirring
The introduction of Texapon will make your water very thick so get ready.
Start introducing the remaining ingredients that you have dissolved and set aside one after the other while stirring.
Make sure the color, fragrance, foam booster go in last.
Your soap is ready 💃💃💃💃

You can add in more water if the consistency is too thick for you at this point.
Leave for 24 hours to marry themselves before you pour and store.
You can use your soap to wash plates, clothes, toilet and bathroom, everywhere.
Na you get am.
Another PS: make your soap in an open space, you are dealing with chemical and you don't want to risk passing out.
