Hypertension cannot control kidney function drops, how to do?
high blood pressure can cause kidney disease, and kidney disease can also cause hypertension.
For some kidney patients, blood pressure is in high level hovering all the time and then subsequently kidney function also begins to drop, why?
1. Deviation of medication
If the antihypertensive drugs are to continue to work, they must be taken continuously. Stop taking antihypertensive drugs without permission, the disease relapse
2. Medication and disease can also affect blood pressure stability
(i) taking alternative drugs that affect blood pressure
Such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, narcotic analgesics, such as corticosteroids, erythropoietin, ring spore element, such as aspirin, and if taking pill, or a large number of drinking also can appear blood pressure fluctuations.
(ii) combined use of multiple anti hypertensive drugs
If hypertensive patients have used 3 or more anti hypertensive drugs, they must add diuretic drugs, otherwise the effective drug combination effect cannot be generated.
(iii) patients themselves have diseases that cause elevated blood pressure, such as renal vascular stenosis and sleep apnea syndrome.
Measuring blood pressure in detail, such as posture and time, can also affect blood pressure.
