*Nocturia*

"Nocturia means that urination at night is a symptom of heart failure, not of the bladder.
Dr. Bansal, the famous doctor of Shivpuri, explains that nocturia is actually a symptom of blockage in the blood flow to the heart and brain. Adults and elderly people suffer the most because they have to get up frequently at night to urinate. Elders shy away from drinking water before going to bed at night for fear of disturbing sleep. They think that if you drink water, you will have to get up again and again to urinate. What they don't know is that not drinking water before bed or after urinating at night is an important cause of frequent early morning heart attacks or strokes in adults and elderly people. In fact, nocturia means frequent urination is not a problem of bladder dysfunction. This is due to decreased heart function in the elderly with age, as the heart is no longer able to suck blood from the lower part of the body.
In such a situation, during the day when we are in a standing position, the flow of blood is more downwards. If the heart is weak, the amount of blood in the heart becomes insufficient and the pressure on the lower part of the body increases. That is why adults and elderly people get swelling in the lower part of the body during the day. When they lie down at night the lower part of the body gets relief from the pressure and thus a lot of water gets stored in the tissues. This water comes back into the blood. If there is too much water, the kidneys have to work harder to separate the water and push it out of the bladder. This is one of the main causes of nocturia.
So it usually takes about three or four hours between when you lie down to sleep and the first time you go to the toilet. After that, when the amount of water in the blood starts increasing again, after three hours one has to go to the toilet again.
Now the question arises that why is it an important cause of brain stroke or heart attack?
The answer is that after urinating two or three times, there is very little water in the blood. The body's water is also reduced by breathing. This causes the blood to become thick and sticky and the heart rate slows down during sleep. Due to the thick blood and slow blood flow, the narrowed blood vessel gets blocked easily...
This is the reason why adults and elderly people are always found to have a heart attack or paralysis around 5-6 in the morning. In this condition they die in sleep itself.
The first thing to tell everyone is that nocturia is not a malfunction of the bladder, it is a problem of aging.
Another thing to tell everyone is that you should drink lukewarm water before going to bed, and again after getting up to urinate at night.
Do not be afraid of nocturia. Drink plenty of water, because not drinking water can kill you.
The third thing is that to increase the efficiency of the heart, you should do more exercise in a normal time. The human body is not a machine that will deteriorate if it is overused, on the contrary, the more it is used, the stronger it will be. Do not eat unhealthy food, especially high starch and fried foods.

Let me start with what I mean by the 'Alfas'.

Soothsaying and fortunetelling is popularly called 'Jalabi'

Islam is a perfect religion from ALLAAH which gives every Muslim equal opportunity of calling ALLAAH directly for their needs. How fast your prayer will be answered now depends on how close you are to your Lord (ALLAAH) that you are calling on.
Now see the reason you should never go to them again.
Surah An-Naml, Verse 65:
قُل لَّا يَعْلَمُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الْغَيْبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ
Say: No one in the heavens and the earth knows the unseen but Allah; and they do not know when they shall be raised.

Say Oh Muhammad: I do not control any benefit or harm for my own soul except as Allah please; and had I known the unseen I would have had much of good and no evil would have touched me; I am nothing but a warner and the giver of good news to a people who believe.

Abu Hurayrah and al-Hassan bin ‘Aliy (as) both reported from Prophet Muhammad (saw) that he said, “Whosoever approaches a fortuneteller and believes what he says, he has disbelieved in what had been revealed to Muhammad” (Ahmad).
This means the person has disbelieved in AL QUR'AAN and Prophet Muhammad (saw) and we all know the punishment for disbelief. May ALLAAH not make us a nog those who will enter hell fire.

FIRST BATCH OF PILGRIMS ARRIVE FOR HAJJ 2020 ...ALHAMDULILLAH RABIL ALAAMIN

Muslims annual rite, Hajj, will commence very soon. This year's event is going to be a little different due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Only 1000 pilgrims of Saudi Arabia origin would have the opportunity to attend the important event.

Only Saudi residents and citizens under 65 years old join the pilgrimage and must take mandatory coronavirus testing and undergo quarantine.
“This decision is taken to ensure Hajj is performed in a safe manner from a public health perspective while observing all preventative measures and the necessary social distancing protocols,” a statement from the ministry said.

About 2.5 million pilgrims performed Hajj last year, with more than 1.8 million of them traveling from overseas to perform one of the pillars of Islam.
The first batch of Pilgrims have started arriving already for the Hajj rites
It's compulsory on all pilgrims to use the face mask as part of the Coronavirus safety guidelines.
We pray Allah accepts the Hajj of these people..Aamiin.

VISIONS/DREAMS NARRATION...Islamic perspective.

The trying period being faced by mankind all over the world could make one in the spiritual realm see dreams/vision of scary nature.Unlike a non Muslim,muslims are guided on how to relate their dreams ..It is not a special "grace"to see vision/dream.Allah allows anyone irrespective of the person level of faith or no faith to dream/see vision..How each individual handles his dream/vision shows the real faith in such a person.

Today you see mischievous individuals taking pride in "seeing"dooms/tribulations. Quite unreasonable! When you are privileged as a believer in seeing vision/dreams that are bad DO NOT NARRATE it to anyone but you become the sole custodian of that knowledge to PRAY/FAST feverently against it.

A believer sees evil dream and prays against it without NARRATING to anyone.Then it is a blessing
An arrogant non believer sees vision/dream of tribulations/ trials..wakes up feeling he has achieved a big FEAST.Get around narrating it then it becomes an evil trial for him

This period we are..dreams of evil/scary nature may come ones way because of the physical events surrounding us or as wish by Allah for the dreamer..Let your dream/vision be a BLESSING/ NOT A CAUSE..Dont narrate evil dreams.

May Allah bring us through these trying times with a stronger/firmer faith in HIM..aamin

Abu Qataadah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet ,sallallahu alaihi wa salaam,said, “A good vision (dream) is from Allah, and a bad dream is from the devil. So if anyone of you sees a dream that he dislikes, he should blow three times on his left side and seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the devil, and it will not harm him. He should not disclose it to anyone. And if one sees a good dream, he should feel pleased but should not disclose it to anyone except to whom he loves.” [Muslim]
An-Nawawi said, “As for the saying of the Prophet ,sallallahu alaihi wa salaam, about the bad dream, ‘he should not disclose it to anyone,’ the reason is that perhaps the hearer would interpret it in an unpleasant manner according to its apparent meaning, and that is something possible, and then it will happen by the predestination of Allah.”

CHINA OWES THE WORLD AN EXPLANATION; HOW COME THEY HAVE THE BEST RECOVERY RATE FROM COVID-19???

Umu Habeeba Aisha Hussein: Let us take a quick look at the stats of the number of COVID-19 cases across the world, since the outbreak of this deadly pandemic. The USA has 123,000 cases with 3,000 recoveries which stands at 2%. Italy has 92,000 cases with 12,000 recoveries which stands at 13%. Spain's 16%, Germany's 14% and the UK 0.7% recovery rate is another point to ponder about at this point. But have you noticed that China had 81,000 cases and 75,000 recoveries which pegs her recovery rate at a staggering 92.5%.
China gave the world this virus, China now has the highest recovery rate; don't you think China owes the world an explanation? It’s either China has a cure/vaccine that they are not sharing with the world; or China is lying about the true numbers, or China is lying about the true purpose and intention of this virus unleashed on the world.
[31/03, 05:33] Umu Habeeba Aisha Hussein: To make matters worse, some countries like Spain and Czech Republic lamented that China sold them fake testing kits in this global crisis. “China had it the longest so their recovery is highest” and by the way, the earliest clusters outside China was Japan, Thailand, South Korea; but today, Japan has 1600 cases, 400 recoveries and Thailand has 1300 cases with 97 recoveries. And these were the first places outside China. China is not being honest, they owe the world an explanation

South Korea has had it as long as China/ with few weeks behind China but till now, South Korea recovery numbers is barely 60% while 92% recovery from China actually begs for a lot of investigation. Anyway, when this whole pandemic ends, the whole world has a lot to learn if we ever get to know the whole truth. And somehow, this virus missed Shanghai and Beijing- the most important cities in terms of economy and trade for China; is that a coincidence?

But Milan was hit; London is hit right now; Paris was hit; New York is hit right now; Only China’s best cities escaped. Will we ever get the truth? I’m not sure. If there is something I am sure of, I know China is not totally honest on this thing.This virus has ruined Europe; it is ruining America as we speak. This virus is killing people round the world and sinking global economies.
Somehow, China in the middle of all this is recording a 92% recovery rate. Something is fishy. Something doesn’t add up somewhere. These are the actual numbers: Spain 73,000 cases and 12,000 recoveries; Germany 57,000 cases and 8,000 recoveries; UK 17,000 cases and 135 recoveries; Iran 35,000 cases and 11,000 recoveries.
Look through the chart, only China has 92.5% recovery. There’s something China is NOT telling the world!

China or any nation trying to oppress mankind,creatures,of Allaah shall not be able to do so without Allah's knowledge.

We pray that same Allaah we serve that dealth with Firiaon when he was subjecting the banu Israili to oppression should make us overcome China or any oppressive nation..AAMIN.
