We found that, she has CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS.

We have to open her tubes too.
Watch this video. This is what I was telling you about. For this patient she has chronic endometritis and the tubes that were blocked were open.
Those yellowish colours inside the womb are endometritis which no scan or test can detect except seeing it through hysterescopy
