AMAZING BENEFITS OF BANANA

Banana has one problem and that is “sugar”. It is very sugary so it is not an option for someone who is diabetic. Also for we healthy adults, 3 fingers of banana a day is ok. Please don’t eat a bunch of banana by yourself that’s bad.

Banana contains magnesium. Magnesium helps keep testosterone in the bloodstream, boosting s*x drive and desire.

Banana also contains an essential amino acid known as tryptophan which is converted to serotonin in the body.

Serotonin is a mood hormone as such it helps you better manage stress, promotes relaxation which allows you to get in the mood, if you know you know 🙈.

Just don't go for polyunsaturated fats in seeds oil and vegetable oil.

You can do with saturated and unsaturated fats.

Animal fats, ghee, butter, tallow

Avocado, olive oil, coconut.
