With over 13 years of experience in professional kitchens and food service, I have built a career centered on culinary excellence, nutrition awareness, and people-focused service. As the founder and lead at Mercury Kitchen, I manage food delivery, sales, supply, and culinary education, ensuring every dish we serve is thoughtfully crafted for both taste and wellbeing.
I work as a chef, food health therapist, and diet & nutrition coach, helping individuals and communities understand how intentional eating supports better health and lifestyle balance. Together with my team, I have created a unique culinary approach that blends traditional Nigerian dishes with continental cuisine, delivering meals that are flavorful, nourishing, and visually appealing.
