To achieve this, here are some tips for pedicure and manicure skin care:
Before the Treatment
1. Exfoliate: Gently remove dead skin cells from your hands and feet.
2. Soften cuticles: Soak your hands and feet in warm water or use a cuticle remover.
3. Trim nails: Trim your nails straight across, avoiding cutting them too short.

During the Treatment
1. Push back cuticles: Gently push back cuticles with a cuticle pusher or orange stick.
2. Moisturize: Apply a rich moisturizer to your hands and feet.
3. Nail care: Keep your nails hydrated with a nail oil or cream.
