DIFFICULT PATIENTS; 1
I remember this young woman I saw some weeks ago.
She had a miscarriage about 8 months earlier, however it was managed without any evacuation.
Evacuation was offered though, but she declined.
She must be a difficult person and such patient end up biting more than they can chew.
Refusing evacuation is okay, it's not compulsory.
However, having foul smelling vaginal discharge for weeks without proper care is what damaged everything.
Eight months later she was desirous of another pregnancy and 2 HSG have confirmed tubal blockage.
The 2 tubes are blocked. Yes, blocked.
Tubes are delicate and should be remembered always, especially if you could still want more children.
Get the right treatment.
Use your antibiotics as prescribed.
What should she do?...
Well, there are few options.
We love you!
