In his genuine determination to enhance and strengthen the unity amongst his people Borno Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum this morning signed the Borno State Agency for the Coordination of Sustainable Development and Humanitarian Response law 2019.

The bill which was passed by the Borno State House of Assembly, seeks to address gaps in the humanitarian response mechanism in Borno state.

Matters of paramount importance were discussed during the signing,,, after that he pray for peace unity and development in Borno state and the nation entirely... may Allah accept our collective prayers ameen.

Earlier today, Saturday 23rd November 2019 Professor Babagana Umara Zulum attended the graduation ceremony of the senior executive course 41, 2019, at the National Institute For Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru. Plateau State.

Governor Zulum an alumnus of the national Institute, is a member of senior executive course 37, 2015 and conferred with the status of mni.

The national institute, which was established by decree number 20 in 1979 serves as a high leve centre for reflection, research and dialogue.
