HC NSMPHC Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Dangana Inspects Mayaki Ndajiya PHC; Reiterates Commitment of Farmer Governor Umar Bago to the Development of Primary Health Care in Niger State
The Honourable Commissioner for the Niger State Ministry of Primary Health Care (NSMPHC), Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Dangana, has carried out an inspection visit to the Mayaki Ndajiya Primary Health Care Centre as part of ongoing efforts to assess healthcare delivery across the state.
During the inspection, Dr. Dangana commended the dedication of the health workers at the facility while identifying areas that require urgent intervention to improve service delivery. He emphasized that the administration of Farmer Governor Umar Mohammed Bago remains steadfast in its commitment to strengthening the Primary Health Care (PHC) system, ensuring that citizens, particularly those in rural communities; have access to quality and affordable healthcare services.
Dr. Dangana further assured that the government is prioritizing infrastructural upgrades, supply of essential medicines, improved staffing, and capacity-building for health workers. He reiterated that revitalizing PHCs across Niger State is central to the Farmer Governor's vision of a healthier population, which in turn will contribute to overall socio-economic development.
The visit to Mayaki Ndajiya PHC by Dr. Dangana reflects the state government’s resolve to bridge healthcare gaps, enhance maternal and child health services, and bring healthcare closer to the people at the grassroots.
