Koda (kidneys) su ne sassan jiki da ke tace datti da gubobi daga cikin jini, sannan su fitar da su ta fitsari.

Idan ba a kula da abinci ba, abubuwan da muke ci na iya lalata aikin koda a hankali har ta kai ga cutar koda (kidney disease).

Ga abincin da ya kamata a guje masa don kare lafiyar koda.

1. Gishiri Mai Yawa (Salt/Sodium).

• Shan gishiri da yawa yana ƙara hawan jini, wanda ke matsa wa koda aiki fiye da kima.

• AGuji amfani da kayan miya masu ɗauke da sinadarin sodium kamar Maggi cube da soy sauce sosai.

• A rage amfani da abinci da aka yi musu seasoning da yawa.

Shawara:

" A yi ƙoƙarin amfani da kayan ƙamshi na halitta kamar tafarnuwa, albasa, da daddawa maimakon gishiri mai yawa".

2. Nama Mai Kitse da Jajayen Nama

• Yawan cin nama mai kitse (kamar nama ja, kilishi, suya, tsiren nama) yana ƙara yawan sinadarin protein da cholesterol a jiki.

• Wannan yana iya haifar da toshewar hanyoyin jini da kuma rage aikin koda.

Shawara:

"A Rage cin nama ja, a fi amfani da kifi ko kaza ba tare da mai ba.

3. Abinci Mai Sanyi (Processed Foods & Fast Foods)

• Abincin gwangwani, snacks, noodles, da chips suna ɗauke da sinadarin sodium da sinadarai masu cutarwa.

• Su kan yi wa koda nauyi wajen tace gubobi.

Shawara:

" A fi yawaita son dafaffen abinci da sabbin abinci daga gida da kayan lambu".

4. Kayan Zaki da Abin Sha Mai Sugar

• Yawan sugar yana haifar da ciwon suga (diabetes), wanda shine babban dalilin lalacewar koda a duniya.

• AGuji shan lemukan kwalba, energy drinks, da kayan zaki masu sukari da yawa.

Shawara:

"A fi amfani da ruwan zafi, ruwa na 'lemon', ko zobo ba tare da sugar ba".

5. Abincin da ke da Potassium ko Phosphorus Mai Yawa

• Idan kodar tana da rauni, waɗannan abubuwan na iya taruwa a jiki su zama guba:

• Banana.

• Avocado.

• Kayan dairy (madara, cuku, yogurt).

• Kayan gwangwani da kifi na tin

Shawara:

" Tuntuɓi likita kafin cin waɗannan, musamman idan an ce ana da matsalar koda".

6. Shan Barasa da Magunguna ba bisa ka’ida ba

• Barasa yana lalata ƙwayoyin koda kai tsaye.

• Shan magunguna kamar painkillers (ibuprofen, diclofenac, aspirin) ba tare da umarnin likita ba na iya lalata koda sosai.

ABINCI MAI KYAU GA KODA:

✓ Ruwa mai tsafta.

✓ Kayan lambu da fruits masu potassium kaɗan (kamar apple da watermelon).

✓ Kifi ko kaza ba tare da kitse ba.

✓ Wake, dawa, da gero a cikin ma’auni.

SHAWARA:

• A sha ruwa isasshe (amma ba fiye da kima ba).

• A daina amfani da gishiri ko magani ba tare da shawarar likita ba.

• A dinga duba aikin koda a asibiti akai-akai musamman idan ana da ciwon suga ko hawan jini.
