“Overweight Isn’t About Eating Too Much… It’s About Eating Wrongly.”

Last week, I remembered a conversation I had with a friend of mine.
We were just talking normally when she suddenly asked me:

“How many times am I supposed to eat in a day?”

I laughed because it felt so random, and we just continued with our gist.

Fast-forward two months later, we met again… and honestly, I was shocked.
She looked twice her usual size — face fuller, body heavier, and she looked way older than her age.

had to ask, “What happened?”

She said, “I’ve been eating consistently… feeding well like you advised.”

That was when I told her to sit down.

Because many people don’t know this:

✨ It’s not about eating frequently…
It’s about eating adequately.
✨ You don’t manage weight by feeding more…
You manage weight by feeding right.

So I explained to her:

🔹 Eating anytime you feel like it will only lead to unnecessary weight gain

Inasmuch as you’re planning to marry for money or hoping to find the “perfect” man before settling down, please — don’t just look at the financial aspect of a man.

Look beyond the pockets. Look at the heart. 💖

Nothing surpasses a kind, intentional, and caring man.
Yes, money is important — but I tell you, money fades, and even when it stays, it can’t buy true love, peace, or emotional connection.

Why not choose a man who understands your pain?
A man who can’t stand to see you cry.
A man who doesn’t feel comfortable when you’re sad.
Why not settle for someone who genuinely values you — not just someone who looks good on paper?

Because, let’s be honest:
👉 He may be rich, but if he cheats, are you truly happy?
👉 He may be rich, but if he doesn’t care, can your heart rest?
👉 He may be rich, but if there’s no affection, will that home feel like heaven or a living hell?

My advice — and I’m not speaking as a counselor or marriage coach — but as someone who has taken time to reflect on life and observe relationships deeply:

👶💐 "Dear Men, Read This Before You Ask ‘What Do Women Bring to the Table’!"

So recently, I paid a visit to the hospital to see a woman who just put to bed — and to give a little nutritional talk while at it. I spent some quality time with the new moms and honestly… I left with mixed emotions.

I saw how women who just gave birth were being cared for, how those that went through CS (Caesarean section) were tenderly attended to… and then it hit me hard — women go through a lot just to bring a life into this world. 😩💪

Have you ever sat down to think about it? Entering that labor room is literally a 50/50 game — life and death on the same table! 😢

And then, one somebody’s son will open mouth and ask, “What do women bring to the table?” 😏😂
My brother, pleaseeee! Before you ask that question again, kindly carry a baby for 9 months, push through labor or go under the knife, and then we’ll have that conversation!

Dear men, next time you see a woman — especially one who has passed through that labor room — take a minute to appreciate her. 🌸 These women are the real MVPs! 👑

Let’s celebrate them not just on Mother’s Day but every single day!
Because without women, my dear, there’s no table to even ask about! 😅
