Girls experience so many things in their bodies that the world never teaches them about.

White discharge is not “dirty.”
Period blood is not “gross.”
PMS is not “overreacting.”
Ovulation wetness is not “weird.”
Brown discharge is not “alarming.”

These are biology - not personality.
These are common - not secret.
These are normal - not embarrassing.
No girl should grow up feeling ashamed of her body.
No girl should feel alone for experiencing it.
Girls deserve information, not silence.
Girls deserve support, not judgement.

Send this to a girl you know. Use this as a medium of encouragement

A Cryopreservation Jar (often called a cryo container or cryo storage vessel) is a specialized container used to store biological materials at extremely low temperatures to preserve them for future use.

In fertility and medical practice, it is commonly used to store:
• S***m cells
• Egg cells (Oocytes)
• Embryos
• Ovarian or testicular tissues
• Stem cells

Fertility is time-sensitive. Cryopreservation gives you the opportunity to preserve your reproductive potential and plan your family when you are ready.

If you are considering fertility preservation or want to understand your options, speaking with a fertility expert is the best first step.

Send a DM to learn more about your fertility preservation option

Many women think they’re having a period after getting pregnant - but true menstruation never happens during pregnancy.

What they experience is pregnancy-related bleeding, which can happen for several normal reasons:

Implantation Bleeding - When the embryo attaches to the
uterine wall, light spotting may occur.

Hormonal Changes - Early pregnancy hormones can
cause slight shedding of the uterine lining.

Cervical Changes - Increased blood flow makes the cervix sensitive, leading to light bleeding after in*******se or exams.

Breakthrough Bleeding - Some women’s hormones briefly follow their old cycle pattern, causing light monthly spotting.

Multiple Pregnancy (Twins) - Rarely, bleeding occurs when one embryo doesn’t continue developing (vanishing twin).

Ever experienced or know someone who has? Kindly share with them.
