Did you know? Boys need the HPV vaccine too!

When people hear about the HPV vaccine, they often think it’s only for girls. But that’s not the full story.

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a very common virus that affects both males and females. In fact, most people will be exposed to it at some point in their lives.

Why vaccinate boys?

* HPV can cause ge***al warts in males
* It is linked to cancers such as:

* Pe**le cancer
* A**l cancer
* Throat (oropharyngeal) cancer
* Vaccinating boys also helps reduce transmission to future partners

Best time for vaccination is before exposure to the virus, ideally 9–14 years.

Is it safe? Yes. The HPV vaccine has been widely studied and is safe and effective, with millions of doses given worldwide.

Why this matters for parents is because protecting your son today means:
✔ Lower risk of HPV-related diseases
✔ Protection for future partners
✔ Contribution to a healthier community

The bottom line is, HPV is not just a “female issue.” It’s a family and public health issue.

If you have a son, talk to your doctor about the HPV vaccine. Prevention is always better than cure.

Your infertility issue is not a semen problem, ovulation problem nor tubal problem.

See, many women ovulate every month, have patent fallopian tubes and, their partners' male factors are good.

However, they still can't get pregnant. Implantation still doesn't happen.

So, it's not always about "trying harder."

Sometimes it's the lining of the uterus(womb) that's simply not being supported properly.

Here are what can quietly interfere:

1.Poor circulation to the womb. Unhealthy lifestyle, chronic stress, Obesity, Smoking, Chronic medical conditions, physical tissues in the uterus itself like scar, fibroid, polyps, endometrial collections could affect implantation.

2.Low progesterone after ovulation. Progesterone is what stabilises and strenqthens the lining, so it can hold a pregnancy and sustain it. Reduced Progesterone blood level can be due to conditions like luteal phase defect, short luteal phase, Endometriosis or hormonal imbalance.

3.Chronic inflammatory state: insulin insensitivity, hyperprolactonaemia, PCOS. This chronic inflammatory state is characterized by bloating, constipation, sugar spikes, and mental stress.

All of these conditions can disrupt hormone signalling and subsequently affect the lining of the uterus.

No plant can germinate in a dry or unfavorable soil.

Without proper identification and care, time will go and other factors might set in.
