Someone once asked me something funny…

And honestly, he’s not alone. A lot of people notice the same thing.

Here’s what’s really happening… AIcohøI can confuse your body in a few ways.

It drop your bloød sugar, which can make you feel hungry. It also affÊcts the part of your braín that controls appetite, so you may crave more food than usual.

On top of that, alcohøI reduces your self control, it dehydrates you, and your brain often mixes up thirst signals with hunger.
